1)Return Policy
You may return any unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise within 14 days of when you received.
ALL RETURNS must be made within 14 DAYS otherwise we will not accept the return.
Also you have to pay for shipping fee that ship back

2) Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, all products are shipped to most country in worldwide but expect some island in Ocean.if you live in Islands, please contact support@onfancy.com before you place order.

3) When can I expect to receive my order?
To the United States, the usual processing time is 1-2 days, plus 7-15 days for delivery.
To Europe, the usual processing time is 1-2 days, plus 7-12 days for delivery.
For other countries, the usual delivery time is 2-3 weeks.
